Emily Kirby

Born into a family of artists in Zambia, Emily grew up in Sussex but often returned to Zambia to paint and exhibit.

Having studied up to foundation level at Brighton College in her early twenties, Emily took up a studio practice and went full time whilst living in London 14 years ago. Emily returned to the UK four years ago after four years painting in Madrid and Cadiz, she currently lives in Hove.

Her work has been exhibited internationally with shows in cities including London, Lusaka, Dubai, Prague and Valladolid.
