Since graduating with a BA in Fine Art: Painting and Printmaking from Glasgow School of Art in 2018 Georgia has championed sustainable printmaking processes such as risography, a mechanised form of stencil printing with a more climate conscious appeal than its traditional or digital counterparts.

Georgia’s silkscreen and risograph editions have been selected for renowned exhibitions including the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition, the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers IOPE and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair. As an emerging artist she has proposed and delivered creative projects for large organisations such as University of Arts London and Print Club London as well as for independent galleries, communities, charities and councils. She has reliably budgeted and delivered large-scale mural installations, curated creative events and won a number of financial grants for her work as a professional artist.

Highlights from her practice over the past twelve months include a month-long residency at Aga Lab in Amsterdam researching non-toxic stone lithography, and winning the East London Printmakers’ 2022-23 Studio Bursary Award for talented emerging artists.
