I’m a Scottish painter living and teaching art in Edinburgh. My background is in Art History, Fine Art and the Humanities, and I’m currently studying for my PhD at Glasgow School of Art. I’m interested in the connections between philosophy and painting. Working intuitively with colour, shape and light in response to the world around me, I’m inspired by the natural world, and the myriad of forms and textures it provides.
