Laura Hope is a figurative artist based in Oxfordshire. With a background in illustration and memorial artistry (hand-etching portraits onto gravestones), she uses colourful mixed media to create her delicate portraits which often reflect complex, unresolved emotions. In 2022 she won the de Laszlo Foundation Award at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters’ Annual Exhibition and has exhibited across the UK in various prestigious group exhibitions.
