Ofir Begun

Ofir Begun (B.1982) is a painter based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He paints from observation, mainly landscapes and interiors.
Ofir studied painting at “Hatahana” studio school for figurative arts in Tel Aviv under guidance of Aram Gershuni and David Nipo.
He has received the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation grant in 2020.
In his 2022 solo show “The Human Dimension” he revisited the spaces of the kibbutz, the landscape of his childhood. On his 2023 solo show he explored the surrounding of “Habima square” the main square of Tel Aviv.
