My name is Clare Thatcher I was born in Bristol, UK. I am co-founder of CLaSH Art space since 2015, a group of 6 artist led working studios where I have my studio. I graduated from Bath Spa University with a Masters Degree in Fine Art, 2014-15 and from the University of the West of England with a first class honours degree in Drawing and Applied arts, 2011-14.

I have exhibited nationally & internationally. In 2023 Dohing Art Gallery, Seoul, Korea acquired a painting from my
Quiet Space (Alaska) series 2019-21 as part of their collection for the One Nine Elms City Tower project. This development consists of two iconic towers located in the newly built Nine Elms district in Vauxhall, London UK
