Jason Gregory

Jason lives and works between Porthcawl South Wales, and Madrid Spain. He matriculated from Cardiff School of Art and Design, MFA with a distinction in 2017. Often autobiographical, Jason’s works operate as hybrids of object, memory and feeling. Motifs are rendered with characteristically bold brushwork and gestural energy.

Jason has taken part in many group shows over recent years, including the Wells Art Contemporary, and Hastings Contemporary. In 2022 he was shortlisted for the Jacksons Painting Prize, In 2018 he was joint winner of the BEEP Painting prize, an international painting prize based in Swansea South Wales.
